There was a skill assessment, then I was invited to perform an example case study with provided data where I cleaned up said data built a dashboard within an hour, then presented conclusions and findings to the hiring managers along with general interview questions. There was no further communication from the company, which is extremely disappointing, not to mention quite unprofessional. Being ghosted after spending multiple hours of effort on the entire process is a rather poor look.
