My experience with Kayem Foods was disappointing. The initial call with the recruiter was messy—she was extremely late, disorganized, and was reading from a script during our entire conversation. This made it nearly impossible to have a genuine discussion. I had to speak unnaturally slowly because she was taking word-for-word notes, which further hindered our communication. What was even more frustrating was the recruiter’s apparent lack of knowledge about the role I was interviewing for. This lack of understanding was evident and made the entire process feel unprofessional and chaotic. After several rounds of interviews, I was ghosted. Despite the recruiter’s assurances via email and phone that an update was forthcoming, I never received any follow-up. The absence of transparency and respect for my time was frustrating.
