After submitting my resume to them, I got a call from their recruiter literally 4 hours later. It took about 6 weeks after that for one of the engineers to get back to me about an interview and work out the details. When I arrived at the interview, I had a pleasant discussion with one of the administrative assistants and was led into the conference room, where I met with the engineer and the materials technician dispatcher. They asked me a few simple questions and tried to discern my interest in actually taking the job. It was all fairly pleasant.
