I applied. get call , then round 2 was technical interview online, i cleared it , got invited for the 3 one which is selection round , i performed well from my side even all the candidate performed same, then silent from the company no email or rejection or not for further step, then after 1 week I text to HR then she replied i will inform you today, then no reply for 1 week again , again after 1 month i text to Hr again same reply that she will tell today . then i saw the again job post on linkedin. in the selection round they were 3 HR , all of them post the job post, but not even write the feedback about the interview, I was no expecting this behaviour from this organization. Not recommended

Initial interview is about technical knowledge if you have sound knowledge of concepts for the domain you are applying you are good to go.For final interview it is more based on communication and problem solving skills
