I was called to schedule an interview time and was interviewed by the director and 2 other individuals on the management team in a panel type setting. The interview lasted for about an hour and they asked me typical interview questions. They were very friendly but I should have prepared more. At the time, I was going through some personal issues which distracted me and I did not present myself as well as I could have.
