Called by manager for an in person interview. The in person interview I was asled around 10-15 competency based questions and generic questions about past experience. Wasn’t told that I didn’t get the role so I had to call the number over a week later and told the position was already filled.

Quick and easy, and the management was friendly and open-minded. The interview was only about 20 minutes with a lot of room to ask my own questions and get an understanding of the team and work environment, and most importantly the management expectations.

Started off with online application, which I submitted through LinkedIn. Then I had a phone screening with the manager. Then I had an in-person interview with the manager as well. Later got a call saying I got an offer.
