I interviewed with them and everything went well. They said I should hear back from them a few business days later. Never heard back so I sent a follow up email and just got completely ghosted.

They asked about my experience and how it would fit with the roll
Horrible recruiters and unprofessional hiring process. I had 2 interviews scheduled with for 2 product manager roles in Miami office. Despite scheduling interviews with 2 different recruiters, neither showed up, with no follow-up email even. One recruiter went on sick leave without notice, and the other failed to send a meeting link despite requests. Hiring process is a farce and a completely unprofessional.

Entrevista
I applied through a recruiting agency. I spoke with the hiring manager then a lead engineer and then the hiring manager once more. I was given a case study which took multiple hours to complete. Then crickets. I had to chase the recruiter down and finally got a rejection a whole month later. Honestly one of the most inconsiderate experiences I've had applying for work. Who makes you do a take home project and then doesn't give you the courtesy of a rejection. Really poor experience. Don't leave people hanging for month if you ask them to turn in a 4 page case study and interview them 3 separate times. I'm no stranger to rejection but shoot have some etiquette.
