Started off with HR screening . Second was zoom , third was in person two interviewers. Inexperienced interview questions. Unplanned and not even sub par questions. Big company with mom and pop experience. No return emails or call backs. Professionalism lacks .If they had qualified employees company would be amazing. Even if better match was chosen professionalism is needed .
