The interview process starts with a phone interview with an HR Recruiter. Once past that you will have a 2 part in person interview. The first part is with the 2 Training Managers. They will ask you about your willingness to travel and learning style. The second part you are asked to prepare a short instructional presentation which you will perform for some of the current trainers. The trainers will then ask you questions and answer any that you may have for them without the managers in the room.
