the center director interviewed me one on one. i have to submit a resume and sign several forms (typical agree to background check, non-compete, etc.). i got a call a couple days later saying she was interested in hiring me, when could i start. etc, etc.
I remember I had an online interview with two staff, and then had admin tasks after the interview on the same day, like using Microsoft excel and replying an email.

Second mock phone call with one of Kaplan's senior employees who pretend to be a student calling to inquire about one of the preparation courses.

Interview style Casual / Basic.
Group interview style. Each person asked a question.
They you had to do a demonstration (teach something, convince them on something,etc. ) - you choose the topic.
