I had a disappointing experience with Kapiva regarding salary negotiations. Initially, when I asked for 7 LPA, the team confirmed it verbally. Later, when I double-checked, they again said yes. However, after multiple rounds and based on their “feedback,” they finally came back and said they can only offer 5.5 LPA. This back-and-forth created confusion and made me feel that there was a lack of transparency in the process. I value honesty and clear communication, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that. Candidates invest their time and energy in the process, so clarity from the company’s side is very important.
