Entrevista
There was one initial call with one of Kantox´s PM who explained the position and what they were looking, then there was a second call with a FE engineer who asked to make a superficial UX overview of the platform, then a third interview at Kantox offices in Barcelona where I was introduced to the product team , the tech team and HR, it felt more like a two way conversation in which they explained in detail the company and what they were looking and answered all my questions. The final step was a call with the CEO.

Entrevista
I had 3 interviews and a design task. The 3 separate interviews were with the Lead UX Designer (via Skype), then the whole Product Team (in-person), and finally with the CEO (in-person). The design task was to identify some problems with the Kantox platform and design some proposed solutions. I was really impressed by the whole interview process with Kantox, from speaking with the CEO, Lead UX Designer, HR and everyone else in the product team I was left with an extremely good impression, I could see that Kantox is an excellent company to work for.

Entrevista
I went through different interviews, from more technical to HR and cultural fit. They are absolutely transparent, both sharing their concerns about your background and talking about the issues they want to fix in the company.
The process was very clear, quick and they provided me with all the information I needed to get prepared for each step.
Highly recommended if you are looking to work in finance and within a smart team of professionals.
