You go through multiple stages,
My experience is bad,the company is just terrible, after my final interview they couldn't get back to me and update me about my status, just quiet,I sent them multiple emails asking about my status they kept quiet.
Very terrible recruiter who never cares about other people's feelings.
A whole month going through their Interviews just to get Ghosted?. A rejection email wouldn't hurt.

Not sure if company is really sincere on hiring candidates or just playing around..
3 rounds of interview and the final one took 4 hours in which there was a group case study. They said they’ll let us know of the results by the end of the week but in the end took more than a month to get back. Had to keep checking with HR if there was any update and she mentioned that I had a chance to be hired. Hence, I rejected a job offer and waited for another few weeks. Kept checking with HR in the meantime and they gave empty promises. Afterwards, they then told me I was not accepted. During this tough period where every fresh grad is trying their best to get a job, hope the company will be able to understand the candidates’ situation and not play around with them.
