I applied through friend referral. I contacted the HR with my resume and cover letter enclosed and then schedule the interview with the recruiter. And I had a phone interview after that. The interview was through phone call, it took about 30min. They asked me to go through my resume and asked me why would I apply the marketing related job while pursuing a Finance degree. And then they asked me some basic skills questions. The entire process went pretty well. It took 3 days to get the offer.

They invited me to the company. First of all, there was an HR person asking me screening basic questions about background, work experience and professional behaviors. Afterwards, she invited 3 team leaders into the room who may become my leader in the future. Those leaders asked me more trickier questions to understand me and to know how my personality and skillsets fit in with their team.
