I recently had a disheartening experience with Kantar, and I believe it's crucial to share my thoughts to shed light on their lack of professionalism. As a candidate, I invested significant time and effort in preparing a detailed slide deck for a crucial presentation, only to have my hard work dismissed without a second thought. Firstly, the process seemed promising when I was asked to prepare a slide deck for a presentation, which I meticulously planned and prepared. However, the shocking twist came when they awarded the role to someone else without even giving the candidates a fair chance to present their work. This not only devalues the time and dedication candidates put into their presentations but also reflects poorly on the company's respect for its potential employees. What's even more appalling is the complete lack of communication and transparency throughout this process. The notice of the candidate's award was dropped on us at the last minute, a mere day before the scheduled presentation itself. This unprofessional behavior left me and other potential candidates feeling disregarded and disrespected. In conclusion, my experience with Kantar was a frustrating and disheartening one. I would strongly advise prospective candidates to think twice before investing their time and energy in this company's hiring process. Their handling of this situation demonstrated a severe lack of fairness, transparency, and respect for candidates, and it raises serious questions about their overall work culture and values.

Managed well and organised by HR, assessment day was insightful. Interviews were nice and questions weren’t too difficult but lots of follow up. Overall, don’t think it would an inconvenience to apply.
