El proceso tomó 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Kantar (Bellevue, WA) en ene 2011

The interview was a little unusual in its ordering: my questions first, questions on my background, then situational. (Normally it's the opposite.) The situational questions were all straightforward, hinting at their needs. The last half hour was spent on an open-ended problem of how to generate panelists. Though it was fun, they jumped around a lot. I missed one of the transitions, thinking we were still discussing the business side when they were more interested in the development implementation.
I really liked the hiring manager. Didn't get a strong read on the other two as they were mostly quiet throughout. So, despite not going to the next step, it was still a positive experience.

Management is concerned that we're spending $2 per lead from affiliates (for 5 leads/month) and $1 per lead directly (we produce 1 lead/month). What are you going to do about it.
Pre interview based on 4 questions. Asks about your strengths and basic marketing knowledge. Then a face to face interview that includes PT presentation. Have not been through the whole process yet.

They had online group interviews with 3-4 people, questions were relatively easy with only some questions where you had to think. There were why you wanted to work there, a bit about yourself, any experience in the industry etc.

3 Step process. Hiring Manager Interview Project or Task Interview (Panel) Meet the team Interview (Panel) The first step was a normal competency based interview with the hiring manager to understand more about your experience ans whether the role is the right fit for you. Second was a task. I was tasked with researching what marketing effort had been put behind a specific product and to evaluate what more could have been done or what I would improve. Third was a panel interview with two more stakeholders with more competency based questions.
