The first stage is phone screen interview from HR. And then, the 2nd stage is to present the deck you're confident and comfortable related to your experience in FMCG market if any. The final is a case study to mainly test your presentation skill and logical thinking.

Coffee interview then meet the team. Both were in person. The coffee was with the managing director as I was recommended internally. Then when I met the team it was at their office and they were kind enough to give me an office tour.
