Applied for the role via Kantar's careers portal. Received an automatic email asking for the eligibility to work in the country, notice period length or desired start date, as well as expected salary. Soon after my response, received an email to schedule a screening interview and then attended an assessment centre at the main office. The final interview was solely based on the exercises done during the assessment - no behavioural, skills-based or experience related questions.

I was very enthusiastic about the position in the beginning. First a personality test, then a call with two managers of the team, and at last a case (about Airbnb) and interview in the office. However, after the last interview, I did not hear back from them at all. Even after contacting them again. Never heard anything about the position, which is quite impolite considering the time and effort I put into the process.
