Appointments kept being moved. It was very hard to go through the interview process. This was for an internal role, yet they made me complete an external case study. Eventually we couldn't agree on the salary. A final meeting was set up, for which the person I was meeting with was 20 minutes late. It turned out they weren't going to raise the salary anymore, so I walked out of the meeting. Not sure why I was asked to come.
