I was referred by a faculty member who already knew my background and was qualified for the summer position, being an incoming senior. Once I turned in my application(provided by faculty member) I received an email for an interview. This was with a faculty member I was already familiar with, so it went casually. We went through a series of situational interview questions in his office, and once all the students who applied were interviewed, we received an email on who had the summer position.
