I was interviewed *before* 2020, so I know it has changed since then. I applied for the job online and was contacted by the direct manager about two weeks later. I was interviewed in-person and on-site by the on-site manger, the building manager, and the deputy director of the department. It took place over about the course of an hour. I did not hear back from them until I got the phone call that they wanted to offer me the job, which came about 3 weeks later.
