The process was extremely long - it lasted 5 months and I interviewed with a bunch of people before them making a decision. I had to follow up over and over to see if they were interested

Though I had four interviews, the process did not seem overly extensive as multiple people were looking for a candidate and so each interview was essentially just another chance at getting hired.
I did need to complete a video and blog assignment but neither was particularly lengthy or difficult. The interviewers were nice and quick to respond.
