The application process was smooth and the communication well thought out, different story for the video call information and the interview itself: the experience was awkard as the interviewer seemed not interested in my profile and background. I'm sorry to agree with other reviews since the 1st interview is crucial to show off the company context: improve soft skills of the interviewers and their commitment to find a fitting candidate.
