Dear Candidate, We can understand the plight of waiting endlessly for an interview. We investigated internally as to what happened. This is not a regular practice, but we later decided to look for local candidates only. Ideally the recruiter should have connected with you, but on a miss from his/her side the candidates also can contact and the recruiter then responds. We still wonder what was so 'unethical' about the HR practice here! We wish you all the best in your future endeavours though.
