      Entrevista para Marketing Assistant

      Candidato de entrevista anónimo

      Solicitud

El proceso tomó 6 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Kaizen360 (Manchester, Inglaterra) en dic 2024

      Entrevista

Interview 1: There was no interview, do not wear business wear - this was a camera-off presentation by director about the business and what it does, etc. Interview 2: 1 hour conversation with a member of the business who is in a more senior position - zero pressure, just conversation and more presentation. Notes are important as you are quizzed after each interview about what you learnt Interview 3: This was a conversation with the director - there were no real tough questions. I questioned him about measures of work-life balance, and he said he was the wrong person to ask... You will find out your outcome in this interview. Later you will be emailed with your induction training date and access to some onboarding material. Findings: The whole recruitment process takes place within less than a week. I did interview 2 at 7:30 am (!!) and did interview 3 at 11:30 am the same day. Upon receiving my offer, something didn't feel right. You could not find any information on the website about the CEO or leadership structures which was suspicious. Luckily, my memory from the interview served me right, and the name of the director led me to a previous company (Source Marketing Direct), which had many negative reviews. I had training material emailed to me by the company, where I found out the role I would have is essentially to be pressure-selling, working 'self-employed' in a commission-only pay structure. I have recently found some useful materials published by Wales online which show that these 'devilcorp' style business structures are everywhere.
