After applying online, I was emailed by the hiring manager about setting up a phone interview. He was accompanied by one other individual during the phone interview. The questions were mostly related to why I was interested in the position. A few questions were asked about my technical skills. They also spent a significant amount of time answering my questions about the position. They were friendly and professional throughout the interview.

Applied through online career site for Colorado office and received an email to schedule a phone interview with an actuarial assistant. Moved on to final second round Skype interview with two more actuaries (an associate and a lead actuary) a week later. The interviewers were very nice and enthusiastic about their work. They told me they will reach out soon but I never got a response. Checked the application status 2 months later and saw thus I was no longer considered. I had my hopes up since I really felt welcomed during the interview but getting ghosted without an update for the first time after reaching final round was very disappointing.

Why Actuarial Science? Why Kaiser? Mostly Behavioral questions and asked about Excel/VBA skills
