The process was pretty straight forward. There's an HR policy in place regarding how many candidates the hiring manager shall consider, and who should participate in the interview. The overall process is fairly quick once the ball gets rolling. It appears most positions filled are through some kind of referrals.

Screening interview with the recruiter and two panel interviews. Went fairly quickly. The questions were straightforward and as expected. They had a good focus on what was needed for the job, not anything weird. I really enjoyed the interviews and getting to meet the team. They seem really invested in helping me succeed when I start.
