I was not called for an interview until 3-4 months after I had applied. I believe they wait until they have many applicants to begin the process. Phone interview to screen. In-person interview with the supervisor, assistant supervisor, and a student on rotation.

Group interview with 20+, you must stand out to be selected for final one on one interview with managers , I believe about 8 of us got selected. Very intimidating interview, just try your hard best not to be shy and stand out.

The interview process was supposed to be a group interview with a panel of three interviewers. However, it ended up just being me and the three interviewers. So, my experience was a little bit intimidating.
