Entrevista
Your first interview is a group interview which consists of 9 other job applicants. You're given 5 minutes to get to know the person next to you. You then introduce them summarizing the information they provided. Next, they go around the room twice so that you answer two questions that are CBI (Critical Behavior Interviewing) questions which are randomly selected. The next and last interview is with the Manager and staff of the department for the position.

The interviewer was professional on time and described job tasks, day to day activities, expectations, benefits, and culture well. Questions asked were standard. Overall the process was smooth, and well organized.

Entrevista
First interviewed with the Chief of Staff and then with the executive I’ll be supporting. Interviews were each 30 mins, very warm and conversational. Video calls. Equal time spent explaining the position as much as asking me about myself to make sure it was a good fit both ways.
