I applied online at Kaiser's website. I was contacted by someone on their hiring committee for a brief screening phone call and to schedule an interview. The phone call was then followed by an in-person interview with a 6-person hiring committee lasting about 1 hour.

I received a call from the hiring manager and after thorough explanation of the position, I confirmed that I was still interested. We then set up a time to meet within the next week. The interview was 1 hour with 2-3 people from management, then followed by another hour with the team (about 10 staff).
