This firm took 4 months to make a hiring decision. It took me almost 3 months to be reimbursed for travel expenses related to the interview. The process included phone screens and panel interviews. There was an initial phone screen by recruiter, phone screen by hiring manager, face to face panel interview and multiple additional phone screens as follow up. Copies of presentations and communications were requested as work samples.

Screening interview with the recruiter and two panel interviews. Went fairly quickly. The questions were straightforward and as expected. They had a good focus on what was needed for the job, not anything weird. I really enjoyed the interviews and getting to meet the team. They seem really invested in helping me succeed when I start.
