Applied through a personal referral. Got contacted by the admin for a F2F interview (no telephone pre-screening). Both rounds of interviews had 3-4 people in the room with a standard list of questions given to each of the 3 candidates. Questions were simple and mostly behavorial. One weird thing did happen. I was waiting outside the interview room after a previous interviewee left the building. The 4 people on the hiring panel proceeded to talk loudly about the pros and cons of the other two candidates for 10 minutes while I was waiting. I could hear everything! It was quite unprofessional and strange.
