Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA) en oct 2007

      Entrevista

When I was scheduled for the interview, I didn't realize it would be a panel interview but when I arrived, I was surprised to find 6 management personnel in the conference room. Initially the Director asked questions like What do you like about your current job? What is challenging about your job? Then the remaining management staff each asked one question specific to the job and how I would handle a given situation.

Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Kaiser Permanente (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) en abr 2016

      Entrevista

The first interview was a panel process broken into three parts. The first, a questionnaire on personal demographics and past experiences. The second, the actual interview with two team managers, and the last portion, a writing proficiency assessment. Each segment was allotted thirty minutes. For the first interview, I was asked to share my career experience and background. Most, if not all, questions were behavioral in nature. Both interviewers were very friendly, thorough, and professional. It was also very easy to communicate with them. They replied to my emails and received all my calls. Two and half weeks later, I was asked to return for a second interview with another team manager. She was very professional and further explained the details of the job requirements (i.e., telecommuting, best hours to start commute, even which route to take as we lived just a few towns away from one another). The interview was about thirty minutes. The bulk of the questions were more about my work style and ethics. By the time it was done I was confident I was going to be offered the position -- which came two days later from the director of the department!

      Preguntas de entrevista [1]

      Pregunta 1

Describe a time you had to deliver difficult news while maintaining control of the situation. Describe a situation that required a number of things to be done at the same time. How did you handle it? What was the result? What are some of the problems that you frequently encountered in trying to get your work done? What did you do to anticipate and prevent those problems?
