It was a huge group interview. When I received the invite it came with some packets of information that we were told to become very familiar with prior to interview day. We participated in group activities, introducing each other and their history(personal/experience). Then we were broken up into groups of two and personally interviewed together.

The interview process was simple. They wanted to know my background in education and work. They definitely wanted to get a feel of who I was as a person and what my working style was like. They also asked a lot of scenario questions.
