After applying I heard back from the HR recruiter within 3 hours. I participated in an initial discussion (i.e., screening interview) where we determined that I should meet with the hiring manager. I met with the hiring manager the following week and we discussed next steps and setting up time with the senior executives the role would be supporting. After a couple of follow up emails back-and-forth, I provided work samples and completed the formal application. Unfortunately, I learned two weeks later that they had elected to "pursue other candidates."

The recruiter was disorganized and did not follow up with promised information. The next steps I was given did not come to fruition. The job search was temporarily paused and I was told I'd be contacted when it resumed. I was not.
