Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Kaiser Permanente (North Hollywood, CA) en sep 2017
Entrevista
I submitted my application and was given one day to prepare for my interview, which was fine. I was told that I was going to be interviewed by the hiring manager, but I arrived to a four person panel. One interviewer was extremely rude and unprofessional, as he was wearing a backwards hat, ripped jeans, and a sweatshirt. This interviewer also sarcastically laughed and smirked at my answers to questions that other interviewers were asking. I informed my recruiter about the terrible interview and proceeded to tell me that the interviewer was a contract employee through the same recruiting company and should not have even been at the interview. I feel that Kaiser is a great company, as I was born in a Kaiser hospital and have been attending to their hospitals for my whole life, but they were poorly represented by the employees that were interviewing me. I am very disappointed with this interview process and have lost respect for Kaiser as a company.
My interview was 2 hours. It was panel interview. The interviewers were nice. There were scenarios questions and I had a hard time answering a few of them. Overall, I had a good experience.

First interview was a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager, and the second interview was a 2 hour call with three of the heads of departments. They were not very friendly, or sounded interested in me as a worker.

Typical. Research Experience and scenarios where you ran into conflict
I interviewed directly with the manager of the department. Overall, it was a fairly straightforward process and I felt like the manager learned more about me and I was able to learn more about what the department does and stands for.
