Entrevista
Two phone screen, first with HR/recruiter, second with manager, followed by three face-to-face interviews. The first interview was with a panel of managers, the second was with the clinical team, and the third was with higher level administration. Each interview was 1-2 weeks apart. I received a "soft" offer a few days after the 3rd interview, with a formal offer the next week. Everyone was very nice and the whole process was very positive and professional.
