      Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Kaiser Permanente (Pune) en nov 2025

      Entrevista

      1.Technical Round -India 2.Technical Round -USA 1. first round L1 Interview | IT Applications Engineer Mobile (Android) | IC5 basics android, coroutines, work manager ,clean architecture ,api calling , background processing,hilt,memory leak --in deep -How internally it works,, then Hands on Coding--screen sharing ad coding interview was good, person who was in panel was very polity and had good knowledge about overall architectures. 2nd round scheduled after almost 22 days as Hr says Panel is not available as they are on leaves . US Round | Department- Care Delivery Support/Enhancements | Mobile Phase 3 | IT Applications Engineer V -- i joined this called as panel is from US it interview was around 10.30PM . from the panel of 3, only one person joined, after 15 min, and took interview, --> Normal introduction, went thought resume after that screen sharing coding, simple filter, map on list questions ,But i think the only person who joined was not that much technically strong(only textbook code cleaning focus which don't have logic). So he ask Hr to reschedule interview again. reschedule done after 1 month as panel was unavailable, and on rescheduled interview same person joined again and other members from panel said unable to join which i think too much unprofessional behaviour from US panel ,He was like what i can ask again and don't show that much interest in interview process ,asked out of context questions . if you don't have time to take interview please don't schedule them it was almost 2 month for single candidate hiring.I wasted my time by giving this company priority than other scheduling interview. after 1 day Hr told me that hiring panel is not considering my profile,
