Good process. When I applied, an internal recruiter called me by the end of the day to review my application, verify my qualifications, and provide a high-level overview of the position. The recruiter discussed the program that I would support, and gave me a some background information on the company. Next, I had a phone interview with Sr. Leadership. I though this was interesting to talk with someone from corporate management. Turns out they said Sr. Leadership is part of every interview in the company, and that is what makes them so focused on employee success. The last interview was with the team lead/PM of the position I applied for. This involved a meet and greet and technical discussion to see if my skills would add value to the program. The whole process was very quick, and thorough. It gave me a good sense of the organization and corporate culture. Probably the best part was getting to talk with Sr. Leadership and getting to ask questions about the company and growth within the position I applied.
