I got referred from a Kruk employee and I went through 3 stages of interviews: the first one with HR, the second one with what would be my peer but actually the main person in charge of the project, and finally a 1.5 hour long interview with HR, the same person from stage 2 and the Hiring Manager. Stage three was especially challenging. It had practical exercises about Excel and a business case simulation.
