45 minute long online interview at the end of application process with a senior audit manager. Basic Questions on motivations behind why you want to be an auditor and why KPMG specifically as well as various competency and scenario based questions.

Why audit? Why KPMG? How would you manage a situation if a client was pushing to move a deadline forward? Give an example of a technological innovation that could benefit the auditing department.

Entrevista
Includes individual interview and a group exercise, in the latter you will work with 3-4 others to deliver a presentation. The former includes strengths-based questions and commercial awareness questions. Its important to prepare a list of 10-15 questions that could come up, but you will have to think on your feet at times.

Entrevista
Application form, Online Tests, Video Interview, Assessment Centre incl Partner Interview. All online due to Covid (2021). Partner who interviewed me later became my head of department. Interview was very structured until the last question when the interviewer (Partner) asked if I had any questions for them - advisable to use this as a way to engineer a conversation which allows you to demonstrate your understanding of the industry.
