Aptitude Test (eliminative) - First round: Mostly based on candidate profile, short round of 15-20 minutes (shortlist on a rolling basis to next round) - HR: mostly background checks and very basic HR questions (6 shortlist to final round) - Technical: Based on the knowledge of the job description and department (short round with offers to two candidates)

Three rounds of interview. Their is one aptitude test also which is moderate.first hr interview and then manager interview is taken and then aptitude test is taken. After passing aptitude test one last round of interview is conducted which is very easy.
