Foi só a primeira fase de recrutamento. Inicialmente cada um fez um pitch sobre si de modo a dar a conhecer. De seguida, foi em equipa em que tinhamos de falar sobre um problema que eles tinham proposto.

Applied online, then did an online assessment. After that went to an assessment centre, which includes a 30mins individual interview and a 15mins written assessment. Interview was not hard but was ghosted after the assessment centre.

Consisted of a 15 minute situational judgement quiz and assessment and then A 30-40 minute interview with your chosen team’s manager and a member of the team. Afterwards there was networking with graduates.
