Entrevista
The initial HR phone interview was followed by an office HR interview. The third and final round was conducted with the same HR person, the hiring manager, accompanied by another manager from the same department, and eventually the full engineering team was invited into the meeting room. They created a welcoming environment and everybody introduced themselves. It was a positive experience that I very much appreciated.

Colloquio veloce e con feedback quasi immediato costituito da 2 step : il primo con le risorse umane, il secondo colloquio tecnico. Colloquio tecnico per risorsa junior neolaureata è consistito in tanto ragionamento e conoscenze dall’università
2 coding questions, followed by 1 technical interview. One question was easy, one was dynamic programming.The coding questions were doable. One was related to string manipulation, so that was easy, passed all test cases, the other was related to dynamic programming.

KPMG’s interview process usually starts with an online application and assessment, followed by one or two interview rounds. They focus on your technical basics, problem-solving, and communication skills, and finally an HR round to check cultural fit and role expectations.
