Absolutely no follow up/ ghosting even tough i sent an email and a message to the recruiter.
i guess that is quite common to show no respect for the time spent at the end for the candidate if you don't pass the first step

Dopo un primo screening iniziale c’è stata una call con i vari candidati seguito da un test sia sulle hard skills che sulla lingua inglese. Poi vieni chiamato e se hai performato bene passi allo step successivo che è un business case con un manager
