Started with an on campus interview. Had a relaxed meet and greet the night before for drinks and appetizers. On campus interview was behavioral and very basic interview. Tell them about yourself and get a nice feel for each other. Make sure you ask questions and seem very interested. Got a second round interview in Dallas for an office visit. They put you up in a nice hotel. Make sure you talk to everyone the first night at dinner. I think that is a huge part of the interview. It is also very long. Next day you visit the office and have 2-3 interviews which are slightly different. You learn more about the company and that is really if your a fit for them. They want to work with someone they like.
