Met with a number of leaders which was great however each had a different take on the role and what it would entail which resulted in team confusion. In the end they went with another candidate but was unclear why they chose them and had nothing but good feedback for me at the end of the interview process.

Competency and technical with less known or unusual competency questions around innovation etc. Need to ensure you have good answers that can sufficiently demonstrate some of the things they’re looking for
Fijne gesprekken, maar vóór het eerste gesprek moest ik al een assessment invullen en er werd voor mijn gevoel enorm gehamerd op wat ik met data kunt aantonen (hoe vaak heb je x gedaan) in plaats van de dialoog aangaan.

Very smooth process, easy to arrive at their headquaters at the frankfurt airport. Did not wait too long and the questions very relativly easy. In my opinion it is more important that you fit personality wise.
