My job offer came through interviewing of the Executive Look Program held in the summer of 2014. I had an interview with a partner and the recruitment manager. The interviews lasted for 30 minutes each with about 5 minutes in between. The interviews were more like conversations which made me feel more comfortable and better able to express myself in a professional manner.

Entrevista
Overall the interview process was very positive. I had two rounds of interviews. One with a senior manager and one with a partner. Each took about 30 minutes. All behavioural and resume-based questions. I then heard back from the senior manager within 3 business days to offer me the position.

Applied online and got an interview. Had 2 interviews, one with a manager and one with a partner. Overall i had it easier because I had done lots of networking, so I was familiar with the manager.
