Multi-level interview with manager and then partner. Series of interviews over a time period, including interview with Sr. Manager, recruiter, and HR to receive an externship offer. During externship, continued interview and interactive sessions with managers and partners, ultimately leading to an internship offer. Full time offer given after successful completion of internship program.

Series of behavioral / situational questions relating to leadership, communication, and organization
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
