Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en KPMG (Seattle, WA) en oct 2009
Entrevista
College recruiter contacted me after submitting resume through HuskyJobs and scheduled a campus interview.
Interviewer had a PhD and was very intimidating for a first round interview. Started off with technical questions like "Can you tell me the formula for the discounted cash flow?" even after I told him I had little to no experience in valuation. If this guy new anything about Economics majors, he would have known we don't study or need to remember business finance formulas. He also did not ask me to go over my resume nor did he ask any questions about it. I told him I was interested in transfer pricing, yet he shifted all questions to the valuation segment.
I left the room wondering why I had wasted time in an interview when my resume showed very little evidence that I would be able to answer many of the questions he was asking. Probably one of the worst interview experiences ever.

Reached out by recruiter via linked in. Interview process was great. The hiring manager was very transparent throughout the process and reached out to me after each round. Overall the process was efficient and the team was great.

Two back to back interviews one was more technical asking questions about specific things I may have learned. The other was more behavioral and situational. They were generally straightforward and the people were nice.
Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en KPMG en nov 2015

The process began with an initial phone screen which gave the interviewer a chance to learn more about myself and a chance for me to get a feel for the position. I was impressed with the two managers I had spoke with and they had really sparked my interest for the position. I was contacted a few business days later and was told that they wanted to fly me to the office the following week. The final round office visit consisted of four back-to-back 30 minute interviews with every manager within the practice. It was exhausting considering I was bouncing from one interview to the next but the managers did an exceptional job making sure that I felt comfortable throughout the process. The interviews were mainly behavioral with just a few technical questions thrown into the mix. Overall, I thought the process was very organized and enjoyable.
